Hi does anyone know how quickly a complaint under Financial difficulty must be resolved in? Should a final response be issued within 8 weeks as with a normal complaint?
I have a complaint in with halifax under financial hardship and they are going round and round in circles dragging it out which obviously i coul do without. Any ideas people?
