Hens outdoing Stags

When it comes to hen nights versus stag nights, I find that the stags have a better/more exciting time every time.
My cousin would love to match or even outdo her fiance's stag night this summer. However there are definitely money restraints.
Does anyone have ideas that are different without costing the earth (<£100 per head and preferably <£50).

we always have a great time on hen weekends. Have been to dublin, glasgow and liverpool, ( i live in the north east) we have used different travelling methods e.g plane, train, hired a coach and driver but whatever method the drinking always starts straight away. We always stay over at least one night. Wen we hired the coach we had lots of games to play on the journey including rude quizzez (i can let you know more detail if needed) and rude games and sing alongs. We always have a theme and people can help dress the hen. Themes we have had are, army with the hen in a saucy outfit, Cowgirls and 80's getting t shirts printed up is also compulsary. We always try to find an activity to do on the day time which usually involves doing something really touristy. We then meet in a pub for dinner then get ready and go out on the hoy. The night time might include more dares choosen at random by the hen to be carried out by the hen (or anyone else if there up for it) We go to all the cheesy pubs with the cheesy music and they try to get into a club if enough of us are still in a decent state. Take plenty photos and put together a photo album for the bride as a secret wedding present. The law of the hen dictates that you are not aloud to discuss or disclose any information about the night to any males.0

My sister is just having a hen day and going to the races, we are going for the cheapest option but there is a range of prices that you can go for depending on the race course, where you watch the races from, whether you have meals etc included and whether it is a feature or special day like we are going on a special dayWeight Loss - 102lb0

Depends what she's into. we had great fun quadbiking on a hen day. Have been gokarting too. But also been to spa day and an art cafe (which was fab as we all sat and chatted for hours...which is what girls do best!)
I always find with these things it's the people that make the party fun/dull rather than the activity.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

my mates hen doo 2 years back was very cheap, we went indoor climbing in the morning and pony trekking in the afternoon, but we could of done the pony trekking all day. we went to a place in mid wales, found a great b&b/mini hotel that took us all, and it came in under £65 a head. We double up in the rooms, some took 4 some took 3 etc. We then had a pub crawl round the town, and then popped along to the very funny disco, it was small, but we kept all togther, no probes getting in etc. 2 of the girls made up a grrat picnic for our lunch too, we all chicuked in a couple of quid extra for that.
lots of dares that night, didnt make the hen dress up, a lot of clubs are touchy about letting groups /hens in, (and we had a rule if she didnt make me dress up on mine then I would remember on her doo !!) so we made out we were a school reunion at booking !!!0 -
should add £65 for activities & accomodation plus beer money !!0

my OH went on a stag weekend to amsterdam last year, and that had to be 2 months before the wedding in case of any arrests/eyebrows needing to grow back/insert stupid activity here! (turned out to be fine!)funky-footprints wrote:have always wanted to go paintballing but am scared it would hurt ? would need to book that up about 2 months before wedding incase of bruises !!:happyhear0 -

I'm going to Newmarket Races for my hen do! We've got members' tickets for £18 and a hotel for £35 per person. Plus a cheap Italian meal that evening and a few drinks, I reckon it'll cost a max max max of £90 per person. Not the cheapest weekend ever, but I'll be with my friends and they all come from up and down the country and Newmarket is a sensible meeting point!Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 #18 £2021.83 declared0 -

It stings, especially at close range. I got some pretty amazing bruises last time (tip: never go paintballing with your other half).
If you're squeamish, or don't fancy getting covered in mud and leaves, try LaserQuest instead. Much the same thing, but indoors, and doesn't hurt.0
