Sorry bit of an old one this!
I did not return anything within the allocated time to 02 or Telefonica. Have I lost my shares? I did not have too many but still....

Depending on how small your shareholding was it may have been repaid in March 2005 for 130p per share (IIRC), if you still had shares at the takeover date you needed to make an election and (possibly, can't remember exactly) return your share certificate to get your cash. As per the earlier post your best bet is to contact the Registrar who will know exactly what occurred.Anything posted is not given as advice but to help with a discussion.0
