education..education education....luckIt is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Work overtime or get an additional job.
It pays off in two ways.
You have more money to spend and less time to spend it.
A further point.
If you earn £100 and £95 goes on essentials you have £5 disposable cash for yourself.
If you ear another ten after tax, NI etc you still have rather more than £5.
So the extra £10 has doubled your disposable income.
People often complain that their overtime is highly taxed.
They may do not realise that all overtime is money at the margin and really does, even after tax, improve your disposable income bigtime
I agree about Education Education Education

Second job & third jobs (evening & weekends). Talk to friends, family, colleagues and keep an open mind to opportunities in work. Or retrain into trade that pays better, evening classes.0
