1st line services/unclaimed ppi money to charity!!

Hello everyone,

I just need some advice on a claim made by a gent who called me from this company.

After reading the information on this forum about this company, i am dubious to say the least about using their service. But one comment has made me worried.

He claims that by declining the offer of using their solicitors to represent me in court, the solicitors will send me a letter thanking me for my time and that by declining the offer, any money they are successful in getting back in my name will go to charity!!!!

This cannot be true, surely?? I have not giving any solicitors permission to represent me, so logically, even if there is a claim the money cannot be given away to charity.

Can someone please clarify this situation as soon as possible because the gent is calling me back on wednesday.

Do not use a company to reclaim your PPI that clims things like this. What a load of C**P. If you have not asked anyone to make a claim there is no claim.
Let us know how you were mis sld and you can try and reclaim this yourself.

So this situation simply could not occour? It is illegal? If it is, then i will say no!

I will ignore 1st line services and look into whether i have been mis sld ppi and use this sites templates.
