Overseas buyer - need advice

I have just sold a PS3 game on Ebay and although I say that I don't sell overseas, the buyer is obviously not aware of this. He is from Bahrain. What I want to know is how do I go about sending to Bahrain? Do I need to increase the p&p charge. I would bemost grateful for your advice. Thanks.

  • Weigh the game (wappred), go here http://www.seajays.org.uk/postage/index.cfm and enter the weight.

See what the world airmail option says.

Then send through an invoice to the buyer with shipping method and amount updated.

Also to avoid problems in the future set your seller preferences to exclude bidders form countries that you do not ship to.

    http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/buyer-requirements.html

Start from here to set buyer requirements to exclude overseas bidders or bidders with NPB strikes etc.

You P&P will need to be increased.

The weak pound makes UK goods cheap at the moment.

    Why exclude overseas bidders?

Wellin the pastI have sent items to Denmark, Belguim and Australia and ALL have either been lost or very delayed, so I kind of want to avoid. I agree though that the weak £ is good, but it's just the hassle.

Try interparcel, and always ship by air.

The trouble lies when johnny foreigner demands that you use the cheapest possible shipping method.
