I wanna king size memory foam topper 2-3"

Wifeys back is playing up and we want to try a Memory foam Topper.
Anyone got one? Are they any good?
Most of them seem to be made of visco so is it worth the extra for such as Silentnight.
Any help and advice appreciated.

Take a look on ebay, a friend got a great 4inch deep one there and is really pleased with it.
