Taxi Vouchers ??

in Disability money matters
Does any one know of anything about Travel vouchers for taxi's for elderly disabled person. Ive searched everywhere for my OH,s father who lives in Stockport but I cant find anything.

Apparently they are vouchers that can be used to pay taxi fares instead of using money. Im stumped:o

    Thats a good idea, I wish they had those in west yorkshire.
    I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.

    Have you tried the local council site or the local bus depo site. There are a lot of towns that do them.

    From what I read you can buy £120.00 of vouchers for £30.00 but I think you have to surrender your bus pass.
