right time to cca or not?

Today I have received a very pretty postcard ,saying the following
my name
I confirm I will be calling you week commencing 23rd feb 2009
if inconvienient please call 01244674515 extn

Now I did not know who it was from as there was no visable name and address, very unususal picture on reverse of a spiders web or something,it was a gloosy picture and writing was hand written, all very deceiving, but on close inspection with a magnifying glass I saw it was from MBNA, IT SAID THEIR NAME AND ADDRESS IN VERY TINY LETTERS,running down the centre of the card seperating their message and my name and address.
Hence this has convinced me to send for the CCA which I have just done also the telephone letter trying to stop the harrasing phone call from happening.
I am trying my best to pay them all be it a reduced amount, but its regular,never missed one.
I found the post card miss leading and a underhanded trick.
Will post again with results of my CCA request
