Npower : debt collection
Hi all
Just to warn enayone who happen to be with Npower. I have received my closing statement + bill on the 14 of january, a reminder on the 22 of january and a debt collection letter on the 5 of february (I have paid the bill directly to Npower and not to the agency). I know I did not react to the bill immediatly but I do think that allow 21 days before sending to debt collection agency is quite over reacting ...
Do they have cash / liquidity problems ???
I guess I should check my credit score now and will probably realise that they have spoiled it ...
