Can an EA lie about the number of BAFO's they've received?
I can't think of any actual law that they would be breaking, but (aside from the fact that the jails'd be full if we arrested EAs for lying) is there anything like a code of practice stopping them saying that there are 50 BAFOs on every house they're marketing?:rolleyes:

Tell the vendor what your best and final offer was.
