Just seen these terms on a sellers listing :
1-all the items are either returned due to the missing parts as I will try to make it complete or faulty ,if new then I will inform you as you have to read though the details , I can’t put every single details ,if you are looking for putting the seller in mistake so you can gain few ££££ then please don’t bid and save your money .
2-I put everything about the item as much as I can, before your bidding ask as much as you can; when you win you are obliged to buy the item.
3-the items I put is to sell with no return, so please make up your mind first as I don’t want hear about it as soon as it out, I don’t have time for every buyer who are asking from day one the date of arrival or abusive attitude if I don’t answer all of His/her emails at once or to complain to paypal who don’t care and takes weeks before they respond,
He has got 100 % positive feedback too !

Is it me, or is everything he's trying to say making perfect sense. I wish I had the guts to put those points across to my recent buyers.
And as for the bad english - maybe this is the way to communicate with some of the muppets out there. They use that sort of language themselves after all.:wall:0 -
Is he based in the UK? I get the impression English is not his first language.0

I would not buy from a seller who sounded so angry or unsure of what he was doing, it really puts me off. I bought something last week, and didn't opt for the cheapest seller as he had lines and lines of how he wasn't responsible for anything, and he didn't like people who didn't pay quickly, and he wouldn't even listen about a lost parcel for 15 days...it just went on and on.
He was also 100% but a quick look at his sales history showed he didn't sell very much and just kept relisting the same stock whereas his competitor (who I bought from) sold most of what he listed.

I agree with Peril! He doesn't sound English to me! Probably doesn't know how to get the point accross politely!
I wouldn't buy from him! He is trying to intimidate because he knows the stuff he is sellin is rubbish!! (Maybe!)
I also agree with soo!! maybe he wrote this when he had been stung!!

Here's another one on an auction for a laptop :
· Buyers who leave negative or neutral feedback will have their warranty instantly voided.

Hahaha, wish I had thought of that one. I've received a few negs over the last couple of months from some right muppets:
1. First guy left neg saying how much of a pain in the backside it was to work with me - this is after it took him nearly 3 weeks to pay by which time I had sold the item to someone else but managed to get him a replacement and send it out without the cheque clearing first!
2. Woman left negative feedback on a pair of designer jeans sayng they were ok for painting in - as though I can help the quality of the jeans! They were authentic designer jeans!
3. Woman left a neg because she received wrong colour item. Auction clearly states "please specify which colour you want when you make payment otherwise I'll just send a random colour to you".
Every neg I have ever received has been un-called-for and could have been sorted out if the buyer had just sent me an email!0
