I have just sterted a claim against rbs,i have just recieved my 6 yrs of statements and am now wondering what to do next in respect of what to claim and not to claimthank you in advance

thanks for reply.so what do i not claim (sorry if this sounds a daft question but i am very new to all this banking stuff--TERMS ETC.) What is charge s/o,do i then just hi-lite all charges,total up and ask nicely for my refund0

You can not claim for: -
- Overdraft Interest
- ATM (cash machine) usage fees
- an agreed overdraft fee
- account "service" fee- i.e. where you pay a fixed monthly amount but receive benefits such as free insurance or travel discounts etc
