Hi you have made the right step in posting in here you will get loads of help. I really wouldnt give yourself a hard time as we can all do silly things and thats why we are all here.

I'm absolutely certain that you will get yourself back on trck in no time. Being single does take a lot of adjusting to, I've been single 20 months now and it took at least 6 months before I felt 'happy' with it. Plus I have children, not sure whether that's better or worse. I couldn't go out with my friends as much due to not having a babysitter, but I did used to go out with the kids for meals and cinema and stuff which all adds up. I then hit my LBM and these boards were such an amazing help. I managed to repay all of my debt so now I have more free cash to finally have an entertainment budget again.

My friends are really understanding too, especially now they also have responsibilities of their own and we usually do girly nights in, go to eachother's for dinner etc.

Once you get focused you will be fine x x x
