just had a hotel booking via expedia
their description said the hotel had a "in room safe " and when we got there it did not, i was mildy put out by this but no biggie
i wrote to complain, said i was disapointed and they shouldnt misrepresent places(didnt ask for compensation in anyway)
got a friendly email back today £95 refund and £50 voucher for next time:j
more than happy with that and gladly use them again knowing any glitches will be taken care of

Expedia are amazing!! Their customer service is second to none
I booked private transfers from my hotel to Cairo airport, but my hotel had no record of them, which they were meant to have. I called Expedia and they said I should hang up and let them call me back, which they did within about two minutes.
The man that I spoke to was possible the most helpful customer services person I have ever encountered, he solved the problem straight away, called me back to confirm that everything had been resolved and wished me a happy last day on holiday!
YAY, I love Expedia!'I can't deny the British influence on my accent and mannerisms, but I don't know the British national anthem, I didn't weep for Princess Diana and I always cheer when Britain loses at sport. That's how British I am' Constantine-Simms. :T
