    Your tempted ain't ya rofl.gif

I was tempted, but unfortunately I just gave my last £200 to the lawyer representing the estate of a Nigerian government minister unexpectedly killed in a civil war, who needed my help to release the $11million USD held by ninjas in escrow. He assures me my cut of the profits is on its way.

    A tasty $1million return on a £200 investment - I'm just off to buy a Gallardo.
    Mmmm, credit crunch. Tasty.

The firm, which lends money at high interest rates to some of the poorest families,

    Isn't this legalised loan-sharking?

Without the likes of Cattles, the share price of Burberry would be even lower.

Yes, although instead of breaking your legs if you don't pay they just seize little Waynetta's plasma TV.

Surprisingly lots of "reputable" companies are/were involved in the extortionate-rates-to-poor-customers thing, such as Provident Financial.

Cattles the UK subprime lender, said on Tuesday it had suspended three senior executives in Welcome Financial Services, its main operating company, after finding that bad debt charges were going to be much higher than previously thought.
The group said it would now be required to enter talks with banks and bond holders, implying it expected to breach lending covenants
