If Trading Standards don't want to know

what can you do about a company that persistently offends? This is an online company that takes money for goods and then doesn't deliver. They owe me about £8, not much I know, but from doing my research (sadly, after the fact) they have a history of these small amount frauds (and I can't see what else I can call it). I've reported them to Trading Standards but they don't seem partic interested as it's such a small amount. However, given the reams of stuff about them doing this to other people I do believe there's almost a 'class action' type amount of money that Trading Standards would be interested in if it was one person. Anyone any ideas on what I can do to make this company's life as miserable as they've made a lot of their customers? They're not being held accountable in any way at the moment and it just MAKES ME SO MAD!!!!

If you paid by Visa debit I would do a chargeback.0

Name the company at least.0

sue them through the small claims court0

see previous postings from me and about a million (OK, slight exagg) other people. What's a chargeback? and does the Small Claims Court cost me anything? Sorry to be so dense.0

If you bought with Visa debt and it within 120 days you can get your bank to do a chargeback of the money because they failed to provide goods under the Visa debt scheme0

A chargeback is where your card company recovers the money through the banking system.
You do need to pay about £30 for a small claim but that is paid back to you by the other side when you win - hence it'll cost them a lot more than £8.0 -
