Ah thanks Jim, bless ya! Not crying at the mo but will shed an extra few tears for ya next time, I'm sure there will be lots more! I know its tough for men, my hubby has been really low for a while now but just bottles it up and it normally comes out in a grumpy mood but I know its cause he has loads on his mind too! Happier times are round the corner! Well done for doing the washing up!!:D

You are so right. At this ripe old age, I know that it will get better at some point - it always does. But we all get days when it just seems like it's an endless living hell. Sometimes we get lots of them, all in a row like now. ....Bugg3r, here I go again...
...Anyway - no worries about the washing up. Unfortunately I get to do all my housework as the little imps that do it for you while you are asleep don't seem to have my address.... LOL
