i moved my cupboard last night and discovered a damp patch in the corner. the is a bit of mould on the wall and when i touched the wall my hand came away damp. i went back to the damp patch tonight and it was dry.
the patch is upstairs +- 1meter off the floor. there is no leaking gutters near the patch and there is no water pipes anywhere near it. however it is above the bathroom but i checked the patch after all had bathed and it is bone dry. what could cause this and how can i find the sourcce of the problem. also how can i rectify it.

Yes will find it will have been a little bit of condensation, as your cuboard was in a corner of the room, it will have have little air-flow, now it gained this the wall will dry-out. Just clean the wall with bleach.0
