ppi

Hi, Could anyone help, would we be able to still claim for ppi if they have passed our debt over to a debt recovery agent:confused:

    Hi there

    Yes your still eligible to claim for PPI, as this should make no difference, however if you successful, they may suggest that it comes off the debt.
    I take it you mean reclaiming on the PPI due to being mis sold or so?

    I am sure others will post up here on this issue but if your successful every penny counts and helps.;)

    i too was wondering about this....do we still claim it back from egg or who ever the loan was with ?

    Hi Holly

    I would refer to the PPI 4 (discussion thread) here, now we used to go to the brokers who arranged the loan but as you will see on the above mentioned thread they all have a responsibility.

    I would write to 2 to see what you come back with, so both the lender and the broker, not unless of course it was not arranged by a broker, it would then just be the ones who gave you that loan/ppi, but please refer to the thread I mentioned and have a read there.;)
