hi back in sept i had to appeal as the rates on my dla were reduced
i was on mrc hrm
then after filling in to reclaim as my initial 2 years were up i got told i would be on hrm lrc
i appealed and had a doctor visit and then got £1000+ paid into my bank account:j
rang up and got told that my appeal had lapsed and i had been put on hrc hrm!!
my appeal was not due to be heard until tomorrow
what does it mean lapsed
does this mean my daughter can backdate carers allowance
does this mean i can have enhanced disabled premium now added to my income support and if so can i have this backdated
thanks so much in advance

Part of the appeals process is a review of your claim by a different DM,perhaps thats why its been changed?
I would imagine that any bck-dating would only be as far back as when the award was granted0
