Temp car insurance for 22 year old

Can anyone recommend any companies for one days car insurance. I've been looking through sites on google but many of them want you to be at least 23 years old. It's taking forever to go through them so hoping somebody might be able to recommend one.

    It's a bit complicated, boyfs bro is actually in the process of buying the car off his stepdad, but its been slowed down cos his SD is currently on holiday and there's a holdup with the paper work at DVLA, his stepdads insurance has just been cancelled.
