Hugs for you Serena and well done to your sons - people like that make me really angry! Was anyone hurt? Was there any damage done to your car? Hope you're feeling a bit better after your cake and chocolate, and hope DD gets well soon. Well done for doing your lists. I was wondering where you were today as I hadn't seen you about IYSWIM. I'm doing supply all day tomorrow and Thursday morning, so apart from the small headstart I got this morning, I'll probably be catching up on Friday too (provided I'm not doing any supply that day).

Just finishing my cup of redbush then I'll be off to MIL's (next door - it's a long way to go lol) for dinner.

    See you all later,

    sexymouse xx
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Well not too great a start to Week one Day one but at least it's a start.

Think I'll stick to level one for a while - gonna start on todays list in a mo.

3 good things about yesterday's list - The bread etc is now in the pot bread crock and not lying on top of the FF - the eggs are now in the hen egg holder and NOT in their boxes AND - I have found my ear-rings.
You might think the 3rd one is peculiar but ... every Xmas I wear diferent xmassy ones every day in December and last December I couldn't find the largeish box they were in so I had less adorned ears. The box has now been found - it has had a holiday for a year!!! between the top of the microwave and the bottom of a wall cupboard.

I AM NAMING AND SHAMING MYSELF !!!

BUT - on the up-side ... it was lovely to come downstairs today to a kitchen which was uncluttered ...... I WILL GET THERE EVENTUALLY

Now - where is my hall and the stairs !!!!!! ????

  • well done domino - level 1 is great for starters - if you can do level one everyday of the week next week you will find its so much easier to do a bit more - you might not manage all of level 2 next week but you will do extra jobs and thats the best way to build it up.
I agree it is nice to walk into a nice tidy kitchen in the morning - it still makes me smile and thats after a year!!!

ok anyone joinging in the HHC lets go!!

    ready steady go!

Ok dinner cooked (fish tonight and mash) eaten, washing up done.

Put wheelie bin out, but couldn't sort out where, as OH dug people back into their houses to day, he dumped the snow where the wheelie bin goes!!!!

But the neighbours are happy with him, as they can now park and get up the drive here.

Ok this is what I've done today! Not too much left to do :)

    Ta Da's:

    Get up
    Help get children to school
    Light fire
Get small child up and nappy change
    Feed small child
Fill dishwasher as much as possible and put on
5 mins sorting out dry clothes
    Put washing load on
Get small child cleaned and changed
Take box of towels upstairs and put away
    10 items off lounge floor
    Bowl of washing up
    Empty dish rack
Take dirty clothes out of lounge
Find something to eat and a coffee
Put dirty washing back into basket
5 mins sorting dry washing out
Take another box of clothes upstairs
(See if can find a paintbrush on my travels for the next 3)
    Walk dog
Put binsack into bin and go around kitchen and throw some things in it
    Empty bottom of dishwasher
Go and find a paintbrush and paint a couple of squares on hallway walls (although if I can't find one upstairs I can't do it as I'm not allowed downstairs! Might have to borrow a child's paintbrush)
    Empty top of dishwasher
    Unload washing machine
Clean and change small girl and put her up for her nap
    Get lunch
Put new load of washing on
5 mins taking dry washing down
5 mins hanging wet washing up
Fill dishwasher as much as possible
Take box of clothes upstairs to put away
10 items picked up off toilet floor
Take bag of clothes to sort upstairs
    Get washing in from conservatory
Make sure children and Mr G have ironed tops for school/work tomorrow
Put some bread on for tea
Found out that there are no shirts for Mr G so will wash some in a sec then iron his shirts and children's tops together
Another 10 things off toilet floor (should clear it)
    10 items off lounge floor/sofa
    Wrap up birthday present
    Find photo for frame
Play with and print photo (make sure it's the right size for the frame!)
    Wrap frame
    Take bread out of machine
    Put some tea on

    To Do's:

5 mins hanging wet washing up
Go and find vacuum to do hallway and do the clear bits
    Put tea out and nosh!

Things would like to do today if possible:
Dust mantelpiece (my trophy is getting covered!)
Clean out downstairs toilet (in 3's)
    Vacuum hallway
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

SPC2 #571 - trying to get as much as possible

    In my 2 HHCs I've:

    Fed Gemma
    Put dishes away from earlier
    Washed tea dishes
    Cleared and wiped work surfaces
    S & S hob
    Wiped small appliances
Unloaded WM and split between TD and rads
    Loaded WM again
Transferred all the ironing that had been dumped on the FF and picnic table into the ironing basket - nicely folded
Moved DH's tools from hall to conservatory
Put Adams' order away that came last week:o

I think that was about it.

Going to sort the kids out and then I'll do a HHC in the LR before bed.

    So HHC 7.45 - 8.15
