Usually no one can see my photos on here and I don't know why it's upside down lol but this is the C.O.D. this morning.

And this is it 2 hours later... I took out 2 shelves and all the drawers and put everything back in there in bags and boxes so I can sort it out when we (hopefully) get a dresser this weekend.

I've also been to the hairdressers and my mouth isn't hurting as much as yesterday. On the downside the kids break up from school today so my clean and tidy house will be trashed by this evening.

Just going to get started on making a loose cover for an old sofa that has been rehomed in DD playroom.

Jo you are doing really well - and you have the added stress of the holiday to prepare for and now troubles with your family - try not to get too worked up - its not easy being so far away from your family when you want to help - keep in touch with them and I hope your sister's situation improves. Hope you all have a fabulous holiday at Disneyland!
mudbath I dont think you need a kick I think you need a hug - you have done really well with your recovery and as you said LL's op has brought it home to you - nothing wrong with that -its only natural - hope you have a lovely lunch with OH! I too hope LL has had her op and is now on the road to feeing better - positive healing vibes for her.

AnW'sMUm hope the 'dumps' have past - you should have phoned! I hear what you are saying about my list but its not getting to me at all - if I dont get a star I am not worried I am doing as much as I can -and if I keep my list together I can see what I havent done when I am working IYSWIM- although I dont finish a list I like the 'structure' of having one!

I have updated post 21 with the stars - I can see i will be adding a few more very soon - well done everyone!

Well done ragz - your cupboards look great :beer: I've tidied my kitchen drawers (folded all the tea towels, packed away stray freezer, bread and sandwich bags, put all the bits from my gadgets together). Each drawer now needs a sweep and wipe out. I'm going to do 10 mins of paperwork, then another HHC at 1:45 - 2:15. Anyone else?

I got the onions chopped and they're sweating on the Rayburn for carrot and ginger soup, too

Toots - my sister is coming to living at my house whilst we are away - she has moved out of her rented accom (long story) and is staying with a friend for now so it will be nice for her to have her 'own' place for a while and means she can feed and love the 3 mogs!

I've done lots of the packing - clothes left for once kids come in and they can choose what they want. Just a few toiletries of OH's to add in the morning.

I need to pop to town now to get some stuff to make a packed lunch for tomorrow and to do some banking.
