    Morning flyers

Snow mainly disappeared over night so kids all in school.

Feeling a bit grim - we all (except OH) have nasy coughs which make you throat sore:confused: I've got earache too.

I've tidied the kitchen - still a mass hot spot to go
done 1 load of washing - next (and last one) in the process of being loaded and then the bin is almost empty
Have a fantastic holiday Dusty in case i miss you later - are you all packed now?

No but I have done a fair bit (by my standards) going to do a bit more in a minute.

Mr Shattered sending stable health vibes for you
AnW'sMum sending you a big hug - when my fuses blew the other day I thought of you, I thought get a grip what would AnW'sMum do - she'd have a go and fixing it - and I did
PenPen we are going skiing in the Czech republic with friends. I am not a good skier at all but OH and DS1 and DS2 love snowboarding. Our friends have 3 boys too all one year younger than ours so loads of company for everybody and the two littlest are both beginners.

Thanks for all the happy holiday wishes and I hope you all have a fun half term

DS3 being much better today so I think yesterday's falling out was worth it. He has driven me a little bit mad with his control freakishness this morning - we had to go over the plan for tomorrow (all 12 hours of it) in detail and bless him he keeps saying 'now let me get this straight'. He needs to have the whole lot set in his mind and said at one point you are not explaining that bit very well. Is this normal for a 7 year old? He is an aquarian.

Right need t do another HHC getting the place straight and then aim to finish packing food, toiletries, first aid kit so that only clothes and entertainment are left.

DS1 and DS2 have bunkbeds in their room so 1 of my jobs this weekend is to clean underneath them:eek: not looking forward to that so please feel free to give me a "virtual kick" I will need it.

  • Can someone help - I've been a bit put off doing pigpen's list, as I was origanally overwhelmed by it, but I've now progressed so far that it doesn't look too bad at all, so I'll be in next week :j

So my question - how do I apply to join the closed MSE Flyladies Facebook group

Just put a christmas tree icon at the top of your post so PigPen sees you and she will add you to our list. :D

Do you mean the Facebook one? If so just send a request to join and you'll be added ;)

Take care of yourselves - that sounds like what DD has, except her's was the sore throat with earache followed by a cough

Breakfast time here (yes I know its lateish but DD has to have her medicine an hour before food and I'm not in a cruel enough mood today to eat before her ;):rotfl: ) then wash/dress etc and studying. The plan in theory for today is :
    • 10.20-11.00 Breakfast etc
    • 11.00-12.00 Literacy for DD, studying for me
    • 12.00-1.00 Asda & post box
    • 1.00-2.00 Literacy or Maths for DD, studying for me
    • 2.00-3.00 Lunch & jobs for me
    • 3.00-4.00 Literacy & studying for me
Rest of the day is played by ear... depending on how DD has got on with her work. I know its very regimented but I've got LOADS of work to do and DD can only eat at certain times otherwise we won't get 4 doses of medicine in :o

Right, I need to shift myself and get sorted

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
