Submitted defence, requested CCA, now what

    Thats not an option now as I've already completed the defence, its taken-off the list of available options
    Call the court tomorrow, and fax you acknowledgement over, at least you'll have proof it's been sent.

    Once faxed, call the court to confirm they've received your acknowledgement.

    Yes, realise thats wrong now, can I change it if I call the court in the morning?
    You can submit another defence aslong as it's in within the timescale.

    Just to clarify:

    You must complete your acknowledgement by Tuesday, is this correct?

    You then have a further 14 days to file your defence, I would confirm with the court tomorrow the date your defence must be in by.
