  • I advise all members to excercise thier right to vote agianst this takeover by the useless socialist labour party supporting crew called the 'co op'. Then we can stick 2 fingers up at them and their hypocritical 'ethical policies'
They are an absolute joke of a corrupt company. Nationwide are the only worthwile mutual now.

Not sure that I agree with any of the comments. I do however believe that Britannia members should stick two fingers up at Britannia Boards apparent arrogance by voting nono.gif
  • I'm not sure why what Britannia board has done is 'arrogance'. If they believe a merger is a good idea, they have to do enough detailed work to reach that conclusion before putting it to the members. What other timetable could there be?

See O/P, Britannia board appear to have taken the outcome of the forthcoming vote for granted which I believe is "arrogance". ;)

I take it you will not be voting labour at the next election then
They are an absolute joke of a corrupt company.
Perhaps you would provide some evidence to support the allegation of corruption

Nationwide could hardly be held up as the shinning light amongst mutual societies you have obviously not looked at there interest rates lately
You obviously did not have any money in Derbyshire or Cheshire Building society

Google 'Unity Bank' and 'soft Labour loans' perhaps?
.....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam
  • Or "Tory soft loans from oversea supporters" perhaps

Maybe "the Co-op raises over £680,000 for Marie Curie Cancer Care."

"Co-operative Bank calls on all other banks to support its stance on not financing the manufacture or sale of landmines."

    "Co-operative Community Grants Scheme."perhaps?
