Mint Cheques Not Arrived

I have had my Mint card 4 weeks tomorrow now and am still waiting for the Cheques to arrive for me to transfer cash t my bank account. I called them last week and the rather unhelpful girl on the phone said " they usually take around 3 weeks". When I pointed out that WAS 3 weeks she just repeated that line again. I gather from reading posts on here 2 weeks is the norm?
Is it worth me sending in a complaint letter, don't want to call them again if that is the standard of service to expect :mad:
