Grattan Complete Care

Can anyone advise as to whether I could claim back the money I have been paying for 15 years to Grattan in the form of complete care cover. I cannot even recall how I started to pay this in the first place. I have seen the template letters for the banks and wondered if with a little plagiarism they would cover for me....or should I just go ahead and use them as they stand.
Any one had any experience. I have searched the forum and found info re administrative charges but not the complete care cover.
Cant even find any info about what I am paying for. I suspect the policy has changes it1s parameters since I first signed up.
Any ideas.

Yes you can claim this back but it is probably going to mean taking them to court for the money as Catalogues werent regulated to sell insurance back then.
I would send Grattan an SAR to see if they can show how this was added, or even just write an ask them that and go from there.DS1 12/10/04
