If there is a property for sale that I like, am I within my rights to be told if it's a repossession if I want to put an offer in???

I've been viewing houses and estate agents have always told me if they're repos. It's not secret information of anything.0

EA will normally tell you its a repo.
No point/reason to hide that.
When viewing the property you will also realise its a repo.
It'll be normally be empty
and have blue and white tape saying 'Do not use' taped over any taps/toilet etc as the water will have been turned off** i didn't lose my mind, i sold it on ebay **0
