Do I have a right to know......?

If there is a property for sale that I like, am I within my rights to be told if it's a repossession if I want to put an offer in???

    I would think it would soon become apparent if it is a repo
  • I've been viewing houses and estate agents have always told me if they're repos. It's not secret information of anything.
  • EA will normally tell you its a repo.
    No point/reason to hide that.
    When viewing the property you will also realise its a repo.
    It'll be normally be empty
    and have blue and white tape saying 'Do not use' taped over any taps/toilet etc as the water will have been turned off
    ** i didn't lose my mind, i sold it on ebay **
