Can you use the energy saving monitors with a peak and off peak supply?

I'm on Economy 7 heating and my bills are so high I would love to use one of these monitors to see what is going on, can they be used if you have off peak electric too?

Yes, all you need iis to make sure you attach the monitoring clip to the correct wire at your meter.
