Ask the travelodge if you can leave your bags there early?
Ask if you can booking early? if the rooms are ready they might let you.
I've turned up early else where and sweet talked reception to letting me in early. Be nice to them. Speak direct to the lodge you are booking in to, not to the HO booking system.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

They will not let you leave baggage so what we do is ring the day before and ask for early check in - usually noon but have been offered as early as 11.00 a.m.. This is a one off payment of £10 whether staying for 1 or more nights. Have done this 5 times in the last 2 months as we go on regular 2 night Travel Lodge breaks.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. There is the early check in for £10 offer or when stuck in some towns Ive been cheeky and gone to the museum/art gallery and left my case in their cloakroom - I have visited the museum but also went off and then collected my bag (usually small wheely case) later on. Done this in Liverpool once and London several times.
Im not sure if Chesters Museums have this option of a cloakroom?
Wonder if the train or bus station has any left luggage?Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
