Hi i am new on here but you lot on here have brightened my day !
I have been sorting out paperwork and have noticed 3 loans we have or have had all have a ppi on them...
an egg loan,direct line loan and a goldfish loan....
we were advised to take out ppi by pushy telesales staff asit was reccomended......can i claim any of it back?
i have all the paperwork...
what do i do ?

Hi Holly

If you feel you have been miss-sold then write them a letter and in your own words explain why you think you have been miss-sold and what they can do to make the situation right for you again.

There is a letter that MSE has written under Red Tag at top claim back 1000's if you go through that there is lots of info. |You will also find a letter there that you can use for guidance.

Send the letter by recorded delivery and they have eight weeks to respond to you.
