Hi everyone, was just wanting some advice really, we currently rent through an agency and are strugling with paying the rent.. would it be possible to write to the agents and see if they could reduce the rent..what is our rights?
We were doing ok ish up until about 6 months ago when my health got worse and my partner had to take on more of the house bills, i currently am on benefits.
we did look into moving but with my health the way it is we are trying to think of other ways around it
If anyone could suggest anything that would be of help that would be great
Thanks in advance.
