hbos holding back payout

hbos holding back £3000 ppi reclaim payout until i sign for a new loan to pay off the remainder of my loan can they do this ?.

    They have to give a new loan to remove the PPI from the old one.
    No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

    Please make sure that the interest rate is similar to the old loan or less.

  • new loan is at same rate as original loan.contacting hbos again,most of ppi was took at start of loan(£5200 ppi)5year loan 2years left their figures say i have paid £1500 ppi ?
