Hi there

Have you checked out the reclaiming site (Martin's guide) for the procedures of this issue?

You will find some useful PPI infor to help you on your way, there is also a template letter, but I would try to put in your own words for as much as you can, and obviously your own reasons for why you believe you were mis sold.

They have 8 weeks to respond in full, another letter maybe required, or until you receive a final response, however if you do not hear from them by the 8 weeks you should be then eligible to move forward to the financial ombudsman service.

On their final response they should also disclose details of the FOS with a leaflet.

I do have some address details, but may need to make sure they are the correct ones, so hopefully someone will be able to confirm this, also post by recorded delivery for your proof of posting and to keep a check on the 8 weeks they are entitled to, you can check this out on the Royal mail website, for personal customer, on the tracking section, the receipt you will receive from the post office, you will find the ref/tracking numbers:
