Hi all,
Im a new poster and not even sure if this is the right place to post, but I had a Neff oven fitted 2 years and 3 weeks ago, it has now failed and Neff are saying hard luck as the warranty only runs for two years, I seem to remember hearing about things that are fit for purpose, surely after 2 years an oven shouldnt fail especaillay when I paid over £600 for it.
Any advice would be really appreciated
Thanks a lot
Darren
