Won by default but stayed..Legal advice only

I won my claim over LloydsTsb as they failed to supply A. The Courts and B. Myself, a breakdown of the charges imposed.

My Judgment was served before the 'Test case' began yet the judge upon LloydsTsb request decided to stay my claim even though LloydsTsb were timed out.

Now as I have to wait till the outcome of the 'Test Case' where on earth do I stand? Should the banks win (god forbid) or we as claimants win, am I entitled to my claim being paid out whichever the case?
