I bought a electric clothes airier from an online shop called personal choice. The photo was of a 3 tier style one but when it was delivered it was the 1 tier table kind, and the guarantee called it a towel warmer. I've had a look back on the website and although the picture is of the one I ordered, the actual description is of the one I got.

That’s the page for it.
Do I have a legal complaint because of the picture? There’s no where it say's that the picture is for illustration purposes only.
If I wanted the one they sent me I could have got it else where for half the price... I'm really annoyed about this!!

Yes,not as described. The Sale of Goods Act.
I presume you just want your money back?
Where did you see it advertised initially?
Was it a newspaper?0 -
Yea, just looking to get my money back. Will I need to pay the postage again to send it back to them?0

It's a poor website, have you seen there returns policy?
'Your shipping & returns policy should be added here'.....
I'd give them a call and explain that what you have received is not what was shown on the website so you will be returning it back to them at their expense - if they don't agree start mentioning Trading Standards and the Sale of Goods Act.
Good LuckSome days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0 -

Unfortunately it was a bit of a on a whim purchase, I didn’t look at it properly, or their website. If I had, I’d have noticed they trade under different names and that would have put me off straight away. Becasue it was a good deal I thought I’d go for it. Now I realises that it wasn’t such a good deal! And I was dubbed! Feel pretty stupid now! Will Phone their customer service tommorow and see what they say. Thanks guys.0

It doesn't matter any more if you have a BT line. As of January 16th all calls to 0845 and 0870 are free :j
Edit: I just noticed The above statement is dependent on which calling plan you subscribe to.
