Hi
A friend of mine recently found a reprocessed place through someone she knows for £20K under market value. I would also like to try to find a reprocessed place for the same reason
How can you go about finding them? I've searched on the web, but i just get 100's of sites trying to sell me lists of places. I obviously dont want to pay for a list which i'm sure is freely available.
Alternatively
I know you can pick up some cheaper houses at auctions, but i cant find any information about them. Could someone point me in the right direction, and also would the fact i'm a FTB affect anything? I have a very good deposit.
