Sticking keys on Dell laptop

Hey all,
I have a 3 year old Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop and lately I've noticed that some of the letter's don't work properly all the time. The main culprits are 's', 'v' and 'y'.
Sometimes they won't work at all when I'm typing (the key feels like I've pressed it properly but the letter doesn't appear on screen), other times I have to press really hard on the key to make it work.
Any suggestions on how to stop this?

Phone Dell and tell them of the problem I have experienced dell sending complimentary replacement keyboards for laptops, if your willing to swap it yourself. It saves them sending an engineer to replace it and looks good.
Dell support is actually pretty good and always worth calling for any problem with their hardware.0
