How do i download bup files to my mac?

Hi ya,
We got a 4d scan of our little one done and wanted to put it on mac to backup and take images off of it and put music behind, but it doesn't recognise the files. They are .bup .ifo and .vob? Any ideas? I can't use idvd or imovie to open the files but it will play on the dvd player. xxx

VOB is the one that contains all the video and audio
