Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Competition prize: the first prize winner will receive a Belhaven branded black mini-fridge, and a case of Belhaven Best beer.
2. The Belhaven Best prize draws are open to all residents in the UK aged 18 or over. Employees of Belhaven Group, Greene King or Spring Corporation and their families or associated agents, or the employees of any other company associated with Belhaven Best are not eligible for entry in the Prize Draw.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected submissions to the website https://www.belhaven.co.uk. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
4. Only one vote per person will be registered.
5. There are regular draws of Belhaven Best and Belhaven Best gift packs.
6. Competition closing date:
   4th March 2009 at midnight.
7. The winning entry will be drawn on the date specified per competition, at Spring Corporation, 77 Montgomery Street, Edinburgh, EH7 5HZ and will be made by an independent person.
8. The winner will be notified by email (if correct address details supplied) within 14 days of the specified closing dates with instruction with instruction on how to obtain their prize.
9. The result will be available from the Promoter's address (below). Please send a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter's address if you require written confirmation of the results.
10. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the prizes and/or the Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of any of the prizes and/or the Promotion except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.
11. Participants' details will be held and may be used by the Promoter or any agent of the Promoter for marketing purposes. Participants should contact Spring Corporation if they do not want the Promoter to hold personal data for this purpose. The winner may be expected to make themselves available for post-event publicity.
12. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of registrations and to disqualify any participant for tampering with the registration process.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website or kiosk applications.
15. Events may occur that render the draw itself, or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the customer agrees that no liability shall be attached to Belhaven Group as a result thereof.
16. The Promoter is at Belhaven Group, Spott Road, Dunbar, East Lothian, EH42 1RS.
17. By entering this competition, participants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
