What Is Included In Floor Area

When you here about properties being described in terms of m2, what is included in this measurement? Is it the external or internal footprint or the sum of all room areas? Does this include halls and stairs, garage etc. I would appreciate a definition.

it is the internal dimensions inc the hallways etc.
it should state if extras such as a garage is included. outbuildings should be stated as such.
and its always up to you to check the facts. there is always a get out clause in any description of a property.Get some gorm.0
