Sausage casserole's nice in it as long as you brown them first - I had a defrosted portion last night - nuked in the microwave, then cabbage & leeks also steamed / microwaved. I am cooking the mince for cottage pie tomorrow, apparently my nan has decided she doesnt like pasta or sweet/sour chicken, my mother has left numerous meals for us to take down to her, now she wont eat half of them, so will have to cook some now!]
