CCA and reclaiming PPI

Options
Hi All,
Hubbie sent off for a copy of his CCA for his credit card as we are hoping to reclaim the PPI complete with the £1. We have received back a copy but it is unsigned and doesn't have the PPI section filled in. We only want to reclaim the PPI and have no intention of taking advantage of any loopholes to wipe the debt off (just to claify matters and stop replies getting abusive.!!) Should he write again as obviously what he recieved was not a true copy of the original and doesn't answer our questions? many thanks.

    Just a few questions:

Was the PPI added at the start of the credit card?
Was there a letter with this saying "here is a copy of your CCA"?

If the PPI was added at the start of the agreement , I would write to them and say you were mis sold as you did not request the PPI, even send them a copy of what they sent you with the letter to show this.

They will either quickly find a copy of the original agreement with PPI added.
They may say PPI was added by a phone call or something.
    They will refund your PPI.

What company was this and when was this taken out?
    DS1 12/10/04
    DS2 13/07/06
    DD1 06/12/07

Is this account still being used or is their no debt outstanding on it? Would a "true" copy not be the same as the one they have sent to you perhaps? Maybe thats all they have.
