You can do it over the phone 0800200400 is natwest's number. they are open til 4 today if more convenient, or you can book an appt a tthe branch for tomorrow on that number too

Ok thats one side of the coin, but the other side the apr is important, if you asked most people with credit cards, they took them out with the intention of paying of the balance in full and for whatever reason this is not been possible. So yes I wanted the op to know all options
