They have written to me today and probably countless others, telling me they are changing the date when my bill will be produced to coincide with the meter reader's visit......:rotfl:
Well blow my socks off. Thank you NPower for wasting Customer money and your own in telling me something which is totally useless.The fact that you weren't doing it properly, after how many years of running this business,is mind blowing in itself but to claim improved Customer Service on the back of it ,almost made me wet myself with excitement.:eek:
So the meter reader will call....wait for it.....on or around the 3rd April.
Blimey better not miss this great event
