ok, for the size of house you have its not unusual to have usage that high, you need to see if you are on the best tariff available. ITs not a great idea to switch suppliers at the mo as everyones prices are changing, the other suppliers that havent lowered their prices should fall in line soon.

You obviously have internet access, but if you have Direct Debit too you can get onto Energy Online Extra Saver tariff that offers huge discounts with E.ON.

Email them or call them for Energy Efficiency advice or to query your bill. Also ask about tariffs. THey should help, they did for me.

Just looking at your gas tariff alone I'm sure you can get better prices than that (even if you just switch to someone until the prices level out but don't go into any contract ones or recieve bonuses after 12 months). Also was your October bill estimated, and possibly underestimated?

The other thing is if you want to switch they will object until you clear your balance or set up a payment.
