  • I have no experience with a Le Creuset (yet! I'm hoping the birthday faerie will get my hints to invest in one though...) but when I had very stubborn marks on a baking tray I used something called Pril - it's Polish, and comes in a micro-sized washing up bottle. I don't know where to get it (it was left in my flat by the last tenants!) but a dolop of it does wonders.

    I'd second/third the boiling with coke thing - works wonders.

    I killed mine with popcorn - straight through the enamel :eek: :(
